Thank you for your interest in We (Always) Care Ltd.

We (Always) Care are a Domiciliary Care company who was born from being in your position of needing to find care in the home for a loved one or loved ones. My parents needed four calls per day and I worked closely with several companies for the best part of seven years, but soon became frustrated with the standard of care they were receiving. Time being rushed, cleanliness of my parents and house, poor quality meals, furniture knocked and marked etc etc.

Spending time working with Social Services and the CQC I have decided to ‘make a difference’ to everyone involved. This difference is to the people receiving the care, the immediate families and the caregivers themselves. Why should caregivers be rushed to provide care and service?  Why should your loved ones feel vulnerable and let down? Our caregivers will treat your loved ones how they would want their own loved ones to be treated.

The domiciliary care agency was set up in September 2017, by Colin Davies who is the owner and director of We (Always) Care.

The agency is registered with the  CQC Care Quality Commission. We operate to the current rules and regulations along with current recording documentation.

The service we offer enables people to maintain their independence and to support live-in family carers, by assisting with a full range of care to suit the individual’s needs. We also take clients to Doctors/hospital appointments, or on outings. Such appointments or outings are free apart from mileage, which is charged at 45 pence a mile.

The service can be purchased through Direct Payments or Privately. We cover a small area of Cheshire East currently, Crewe, Nantwich, Shavington, Sandbach, Audlem and close by surrounding areas.

We now also operate in Whitchurch, Shropshire, Ellesmere, Oswestry, Penley, Overton, Wrexham and surrounding area’s – please contact us for details of any requirements you may have.

We (Always) Care welcomes comments and suggestions regarding the service we provide, and we encourage our clients to be involved in the running of our service. There is the opportunity for clients to sit in on staff interviews and to join in at staff meetings should they wish to do so.

We monitor our quality assurance by asking for feedback from new clients, very early into their care package, by filling in a quick survey satisfaction questionnaire, along with an annual questionnaire for all clients to fill in. We also know all our clients personally and see them regularly, or when we provide their care along with our support care team. I too would like to visit clients and their immediate family to discuss any part of your care package.

We aim to provide a high quality and professional service at all times. Therefore, we have a clear complaints procedure in place and ensure clients feel able to complain so that we can continue to learn from our mistakes and ensure the best possible practice continues.
